i would not say... everything so clearly etched in my mind.... because as usual memory is failing me.... but one thing I clearly remember is that... me and bs rana... resolved we were ready to break the rule of not taking a bath after POP, before changing into our PiPping uniforms... we covertly took a bath in flat 2 mins and put on our brand new uniforms with covered pips and dashed to the pipping area in front of GC Mess in flat 6 and a half min. This I can never forget and get reminded almost every other day when someone takes ages to take a bath. While at academy we all count days to put on our stars ... if given a chance I am ready to relive the whole academy days all over again... but only on one condition that I should be put back in Naushera with all those bunch of clowns / jats / sir phiras. It would be incomplete if I do not mention our worthy esteemed seniors and then Capt Manpreet. Shera shera .... Ajay Giridharan

6 years have passed and the memories are so fresh and engraved so deep in my heart that it feels as if it was just yerterday, when I walked through 'THE FINAL STEP'.

Zojila, the Ashoka Path, the LH Area, NT Area, the Mess, the Drill Square, Chanakya, Nooks, Icecream Parlour......the list goes on and on ....... every thing and every place reminds me of the association I had with my coursemates and the time spent with them there in OTA. This was the place that transformed me.

Hi Buddies

It is really a very nostalgic day filled with different memories.
Memories of sweat , toil , ragda, DS, Drill Instr, sight sound and
smell of the academy and above all the memories of days spent with
each other.Wonderful days.

My best wishes to everyone and plz do remember to drop in my place
anytime . I am at present in Sudan as a part of UNMIS , applied for
the PC and fortunately got the PC .

I disagree with Koka Vineet on one aspect which he has mentioned that
there is a divide between the people who got the PC and are in the
organization and those who have opted out .Well buddies It is my
opinion that no matter where we stay, no matter whatever we do (
inside or outside the org) we will remain the same . I think that
there is something common in all of us , something common which guided
our destinies to the OTA and where we met each other and got a new
identity. There is no divide buddies we are the same.

Let us take a pledge to help each other in the times of need, to drop
in each other's places whenever and where ever we get an oppertunity
and to stay in touch with each other.

Yogi ( yoginder sejwal ) and saxena have gone out of their ways to
ensure that we stay in touch with each other. You guys are great and
we are all proud of you and thankful to you too.

Plz send msgs to each other whenever you get an oppertunity( and if
some one is not able to give very frequent replies then plz do not
think otherwise but just consider this fact that still internet is a
rare luxury for some of us and oppertunities to access the net are few
and far between ).

My heartiest Congratulations to all buddies on planet earth and lots
of hugs, love and congratulations to Maj Bhanu Pratap Singh Rathore
and Maj Bachaspatiyum Lakhikant Sharma who are together in each
other's company .( MATRIBHOOMI PAR SHEESH CHADHANE JIS PATH JAAYEN
VEER ANEK).

BE BRAVE & REMAIN HAPPY---------------- ALWAYS.

Regards

Vinit
